Data Processing

ORRI Data

We received raw data at 2.5 m posting, and resampled the data to 5 m and 25 m posting as described in Data Processing. The resampled data was created using cubic convolution (CC) resampling method in Erdas Imagine. We also performed a resolution merge in Erdas Imagine to fuse the ORRI data with a Landsat image for the Upper Kuparuk, the resulting file is included at 2.5 m and 5 m posting. The data is provided in Erdas Imagine *.img format and in GeoTIFF format. The 2.5 m posting ORRI data for the entire Kuparuk basin is not provided in GeoTIFF format as the filesize would exceed the 2GB TIFF limit.
